Having some second thoughts!
Well I've had the Harley for about 6 months now and love the truck! I get looks and replies all the time on the truck about how nice it is. I've been reading all of you guys post on the Lightning and I just can't seem to get the thought of having one out of my mind. I live in Arkansas so I'm not to sure about an SVT dealer but was wondering what kind of deal I could get by trading mine in on a L, in other words how much would I lose? Oh yeah my truck has about 6,500 miles on it. Thanks
Plenty of them
There are three Dealers around me with 01 Lightnings. Arlington Heights Ford has a Red and Black. Elk Grove has A Red, Black, and Silver. Fox Lake has a White one. It is a shame to hear about so many people saying that it is hard to come by these trucks. I have also seen H-D F-150s at these dealers. Check them out. Maybe they can do a transfer?
How about getting a Lightning supercharger, and transmision and making yourself the baddest assed HD Pickup.

Don't feel bad, I had my supercrew all of about 7 months and I traded in for the Lightning.
I too got to reading and got hooked, it just doesn't stop until you get the L.
I did lose a little, but not enough to stop me from buying the L.
If I were you, I might try to sell it privately and then buy the L, you will probably save some money that way. I had to drive for 4 hours just to see one and test drive and after the test drive, It was all over, They did me a small amount less than I really wanted on trade and I said what the hell, you only live once.
Anyway If you drive one be prepared to take it home.
Good Luck in your decision.
