Welp. I did it... i bought a used 99 L.

I will be using this truck for daily driving, and towing my car to and from the track.

The weight of my trailer is 1600 lbs. The weight of car is ~3500.

I'm wondering, the truck has 30,900 miles now.. what do I need to do to transfer warranty? (if anything) and, would everyone reccomend buying the Ford extended warranty? Anybody have good pricing on that (most mfgr's, it almost 100% markup, so you can get good pricing on it if you shop around)

What color did you get? I use my L to tow mustangs to the track. they make a great tow vehicle. Have any mods coming yet?

 

the L is white, just like my supra. The guy i bought it from is a poster here i believe, altho i dont know his nickname.

The only mod i've had time to do is a K&N filter... chip should be here monday, and probably order some gears (debating 3.73's vs. 4.10's right now) as well. Also kicking around the idea of alcohol injection... the L is so sensitive to hot weather, i'd love to be able to combat that somewhat.
