Congrats! It's very hard to win a trophy with a lightly modded Lightning (ask me how I know), especially if the public is judging as most people don't know what they are. It's easier if your engine compartment is all full of chrome/billet or you have a radical paint job. Even harder to compete against the jacked up 4X4s, as the pickup classes are usually pretty general. There should be a class for street trucks! The best venue is an all-Ford show with a Lightning class. I managed to score a trophy a few years back as the "Best Lightning" at an all-Ford show.

Military, was in VA for 3 years, now in Kansas. I call Colorado home, originally from Mississippi thanks
