30k mile maintenance

It might be one of a handful of low-mileage 04's on the road....but I bought it back in Nov 07 w/800 miles, and now have about 28k. Its my daily driver - 40 miles a day to work and back.

I haven't touched any fluids on the truck besides obviously the motor oil, and when I had to fix a leak on the power steering pump (all new fluid about 15k miles ago). The brakes are starting to feel spongy, and slight panic stops that start to engage ABS are a little scary.

Should I replace the brake fluid? Having never touched the brake system on any car....is there a write up on how to bleed the brakes/change fluid? How about brake pads - how do you check them, and what are some good replacements? I'm sure the rotors are fine at 28k...

Rear end fluid? What oil/additives are you guys using?

Any reason to flush the coolant or any other fluids?

Any other general maintenance for 30k miles?

Thanks
