Question Distilled water for intercooler

i got an intercooler leak and im getting it fixed soon but for now is it ok to use distilled water?

in short, YES

I don't know if anybody is going to be able to give you a definative answer or not, but I use distilled water in my Mustang. I think actually that distilled water is recommended. I think the whole point of distilled water is that the chemicals/minerals/impurities etc have been removed thereby reducing cooling system deposits and buildup. just my .02

Superfords--You are absolutley correct.Distilled water is a MUST for any cooling system for that exact reason.Its a long term death with tap water, for sure.
