Silver State Classic

Anyone here gonna run with there Lightning in September? A few years back i entered my mustang but unforseen problems didn't allow me to go

If any of you are gonna run, what class would you enter? I'm seriously thinking about signing up.

Cool

As far as who I am ,I am a guy who loves to drive at the limit of the vehicle in which i have control over.In this case a 99 Lightning, that has a FULL Cage and custom suspension, that still has not seen the top end yet, been close 167 and was still going.I figure 173 is all it will do.But I also do this in a CONTROLLED enviroment not out on the streets.Stan

Gentlemen,

As far as who Stan IS, I can say that Stan is a top-notch L tweaker on the auto-x circuit and the top-end road racing events out West. I've ridden shot-gun with Stan at Hallett (outside of Tulsa, OK) plenty of times and "cussed-and-discussed" ;-) various points of his game. It's always an excellent time !

Stan, I missed you at the Mid-America event recently. I took a load of pics though. There were 2 Cobra Rs there running VERY strong! Still, nothing beats seeing a big-fat Ford 2GL tearin' it up on the auto-x circuit.

Hope to see you soon, Stan.
