During this weekend I drove the L a total of 220 miles and was holding my breath for 50 of those miles. I saw a car fire, a blazer wander in a tractor trailer's blind spot and almost wipe out on a L-Pool participant, and a three car crash that happened four cars in front of me(I was driving home by myself from the track).

Today(7/8) I saw a Grand Prix flip four times on the opposite side of the highway and take out two other cars . There must have been a extended FULL moon out this weekend. Did anyone else see any road hazards while driving their L? I think I will give her a break for a couple of weeks!!!!

 

I hope you and your L survived OK. What they say about the holiday weekend's is TRUE. I stayed away from the roads and lakes too. Far too many idiots out and about on these holidays.

 

Didnt see any wrecks but on the 200 mile drive home after I bought my L a tire alligator flew right by my drivers' window. Scary thing is that I had just moved out of that lane no more than 10 seconds earlier. Would've smacked th hood, bumper and windshield. Never see that stuff in my beater cavalier.
