Lightbulb Need help with homemade ram air setup

I have a 2000 L with a 2001 mass air system. I picked up something nifty at work today (Sears). It is the part that fits around the steering column of a lawn tractor and will make an ideal nozzle for a ram air setup as it has a 4" exiting hole (see pic).

I am looking for some help on how to route the dryer vent tubing, what length I need and the best place to put the nozzle. I want to keep it hidden as much as possible

Thanks!

Matt,

Thanks I will do that. Please email me your number again...the PM's at svtperformance.com are gone where I had you #.

I'd like to keep my new airbox intact and avoid cutting holes in it as well. I am simply trying to reroute some air from the outside of the truck into the fender.

Later on
