"Service Engine Soon" Light

My "new" '99 Lightning has had a SES light on that the local Ford Dealer said was due to it haveing no cats, so today I had Mangaflow hi-flow cats installed (still sounds great BTW), but the light is still on. Will it go out on its own or do I need to have someone re-set it? Absoutely love this truck, not just for the power, but it's the best handling/stopping, etc. vehicle ever owned over 4000 lbs. I will probably autocross it, even though it will also serve as a tow vehicle...

Thanks,
Rick

Find someone with a Predator tuner and they can clear it for you.

I have the same cats on my 03 L with a Bassni Exaust. It took awhile but now I have a SES light flagging a PO420(bank 1) meaning the CAT on that side isnt doing its job. I can clear it with my pred but it comes back after about 2 weeks or 100-200 miles give or take. I also have a Ford WDS but it gives me no more info;I have tried running diff tunes and flashes same thing results. I suspect its the cat and will pull it soon, will let you know if you want what I find.
