So I took it in for oil change, emissions check, check the brakes etc.
The dealer guy comes back with "for only $3xx we will backflush your moter to clean out the varnish and clean out your intake and take the carbon off your valves..... How does he know if I have carbon on my valves without pulling the head? And I always thought a little blowby oil in the blower was good for it ,....

stop by a local fast food joint, grab an individually wrapped straw, take it to the bozo that proposed this, hand it to him, and tell him to concentrate his efforts the next time he attempts to blow smoke.......well you know

 

Another well trained "Blue Oval" service writer. That would almost be worth saying yes too, as long as I can watch you do that.
