I don't know about that!

That's because you've never seen the only car/truck made in my country (Portugal)

As you can see we're not very good at it

THEPAWN has found the "Most Expensive Ugly Vehicle".
The Mercedes G-Wagon, believe it or not an incredible 4x4. I believe they'll fetch about $115,000. They are obviously NOT designed for looks.

What did you mean WE?? Don't tell me you're portuguese too.

The UMM (União Metalo Mecânica) is the ONLY vehicle completely made in Portugal. It's not pretty but is a good 4X4. It's used by the portuguese and spanish Police, Fire Dept. & National Guard.

Thanks RedNeck. Yeah, I guess mine gets nominated for most expensive ugly SUV... lol

I saw one on the highway and as I approached it, I was like "what the heck is that?"...as I got closer and closer, it got worse... The thing would look good from a distance of about 100ft w/a six pack.

Its like its trying to be an old Land Rover or Wranger, but dosn't quite do it.

That picture dosn't do it justice, its MUCH uglier in person.

Thumbs up Coming to an MB dealer near you...

Redneck Ferrari hit it on the nose. They're awesome, but ugly. You see a few on the streets in the US but usually older ones. MB is supposed to be brining it ti the US soon. Of course I heard that 1 to 2 years ago and the SUV market has certainly changed. Although it's really in a market that isn't impacted as much.

Thumbs down

$115K for the POS???? You've got to have a serious case of the cranial-rectal inversion to blow $115K on that!!

Here's a few ideas of what to do with $115K

$115K / $32K = 3 Lightnings and almost $20K left over for mods

$115K = 1 Lightning and a kid in an candy store, or a serious mod party at my house; end result: at a minimum a 9 sec. truck

$115K = 1 Lightning and a hell of a vacation

There are several GM Avalanches at the local Chevy/Buick dealership. It's a larger, uglier version of the Aztek, less the rear end.

My vote would be for either.

$115K

hmmm

base price $67,400

"Mercedes claims the CLK55 will bolt to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds"

"AMG's magic tweaks have this engine making heaps of torque from just off idle to a peak 376 foot-pounds at just 3,000 rpm"

2001 Lightning....~$30,000

3 million dollar umbrella/liability policy ~ $2000 (??)

$15k in mods.
