I even argued with my agent telling him that this truck was too powerful to be in the same group, he triple checked and insisted on the regular rate.

Each state and insurance agency will differ on rates, one must be diligent and check around.

Totally Not True, where do you get this stuff? My agent is a close friend and we discussed this in detail even before I bought the truck in 2001. It is okay to hate if that is what you want, hating comes easy to the uninformed and uneducated. Why don't you offer some helpful insurance suggestions to the OP instead of cranking down on everyone who is trying to help? To top it off, you don't even own a lightning............... nuff said.

Geeez, rant off.

LMAO!

I don't even pay 2k a year for...

2004 F-150 with an Agreed value of 30k
1997 Viper GTS with an agreed value of 50k
2001 Toyota Corrola full coverage
2003 Chevy Tahoe with full coverage
1992 Mustang with liability
1984 Mustang with liability

And I'm also in my mid 20's....

It amazes me how much some people are paying for their insurance.

I had State Farm Insurance until 2005, I speak from experience, yes I sat down with the agent prior totaking the policy on the truck, and I even sat down with the adjuster after the accident (and to top it all off, I wasn't even at fault).

so enjoy State Farm Insurance and hopefully you don't have the same experience I did...

age, gender, marital status, credit score and driving record come into play along with your other options and where you live, type of driving etc...

insurance on 04 lightning

Just a comment on insurance. I live in Caleeeeee. and have an 04 lightning, which I just recently purchased. I have state farm, and I pay less than $550.00 per yr. for full coverage. I think some people just have poor driving records or live in high risk areas, theft etc.
Mark.
