best mods for the money

i have a 01 lightning and was wondering what other lightning owners thought was there best money spent for slight mods to there vehicle, chip/exhaust??for horsepower gains without breaking the bank

Custom tune or 4# lower pulley with a custom tune.

a valve body also helps, you can find 'em used with low miles for fairly cheap
