Autolite XP103 Spark Plugs

Autolite XP103 Spark Plugs
So the guy from Autozone said these plugs (autolite XP103) are the same as the Motorcraft plugs.
Anyone have any experience with these and how should I gap them.The guy told me i cant gap them or ill break the tip.... I just checked though they are at .43 gap.
My truck is stock except for my air intake.
