Better bulbs
Hey guys, i'm looking for a better set of headlight bulbs for my 00 L. I don't want to swap the whole assembly, just the bulbs. Any suggestions??
I'm basically looking for some kind of higher intensity upgrade, thanks in advance for you suggestions.
FYI... i've had the originals for 9 years now without replacing.. pretty cool

The only thing to be carful of is getting a higher wattage bulb….
I replace my back up lights to a higher wattage, and the little time I used them for backing up, was enough time to overheat the back tail light lenses, and they started to sweat, and get moisture inside them… I eventually replace them.
So if you install a hotter bulb, it might damage your lenses…. Not to mention your headlamp harness!
I know it’s not much help…
However changing the turn signals bulbs to the LED types works and looks good….
