With the current downfall in the economy, will 1st and 2nd gen L's go down in price over the next while? haha I've always wanted an L but they are too expensive for me right now. I'm thinking they will go up in price because they are getting rare. Hopefully they get cheaper?

 

i check ebay every once in a while just to browse and lightnings are going for 12-15k usually with about 70k miles. i know all my friends have gotten killer deals on used trucks within the last 6 months. buddy of mine picked up 03 mustang roush with only 45k miles for 15k. its so wicked. im sure u could get a lightning with like 60k miles for 13k. wats ur price range?

 

nice nice. 13k is probably my max haha the lower the miles the better but that means higher price.

 

ya. do an ebay search. theres so many out there with various mileage. u may find something. and remember, those prices are just their asking prices. u can always get them down 1-2 grand. also, check out craigslist in your area.

The cheapest Lightning I found was 16k Canadian (i'm in Canada) with 39000 miles.

 

i know where's there is a '99 white Lightning for $7500 no that's not a mistake seven thousand five hundred U.S. dollars

 

What's the mileage? Thats about $8400 C pretty good.

 

13k you could def get an L. Just gotta get lucky. The prices have fallen dramatically. Good luck on your search bud. I have seen some ridiculous good deals,dont impulse buy and you can get an amazing truck. Trust me once you get one you will wonder why you waited so long. Can you maybe start a meth lab to get extra cash? Sudafed was on sale the other day.
