Question noise at cold start

The lightning is making a clacking(?) noise when I start it up cold. I don't know how else to describe the noise so I recorded it and put it online HERE. The noise is coming from under the cabin. It does goes away within 1-2min of driving. Giving it gas also seems to cancel the noise while in park.

Could it be due to tranny fluid? I haven't changed that in a while. No engine code and no real difference while driving. Any ideas?

i stopped by the muffler shop today and the sound seems to be coming from around the oil pan and torque converter area. not quite sure exactly where. i also found out that i do not have high flow cats. Which is strange because that it was I asked for when I bought them. One cat seems to be running hot (looks black).

first, the guy told me that it could be a rod bearing or the torque converter. then noticed that the oil pressure was down (25-50) and so he suggested that the oil pump was the problem. any thoughts and/or suggestions for houston shops with low prices?

thanks
