Chris,
I bought the T/A girdle cover for 9.75" ford rear differential. I originally bought it for my 2004 FX4 rear diff, but since swapped to my '03 Lightning. It includes all mounting hardware and bearing cap preload bolts. Very nice part, and gives alittle added support to the rear. I just redid the gasket on mine last weekend and i can tell you this; you definitely need to make sure the gasket surface is clean of any silicone gasket and dry of oil. Depending on which gasket material you go with, curing time is as important before adding fluid to the diff. I used Royal Purple 75/140 synthetic, but you will get many opinions on whcih gear oil to use. The most important thiing to concern about is proper gasket surface prep and sealant cure. RTV Ultra Black or Grey works well. There is also a new Ultra Black instant 5 minute sealant that applies from a spray nozzle can (like Easy Cheese). Some of the sealants break down from exposure to synthetic oils, so check the labels carefully. There are other vendors who well the same aluminum diff cover/girdle. Just look around and price shop. Summit may have the correct one, not sure? Good luck!
