Will 2000 lightning head lights fit..

Same part, cams and all. If you need to replace a bad one, then yes. If you're looking to upgrade, you have the same heads. Nothing different about Lightning heads.

the clear lens lightning headlights did not come out until 2001 trucks. 99 and 2000 lightnings had standard f150 headlights on them

he bought the SVT clears for them. $125 a good price?

yes i paid 165 shipped for mine, for headlights alone.

they will fit, but unless he includes them, you will need to buy new bulb retaining rings on the back of the headlights, since they screw down with different points then the stockers

$125 for the headlights and turns. Retainers are not included. do i just by them from ford a wire them in place of the stock ones? do i need different bulbs too?

bulbs are the same, its nothing to wire, just that plastic ring that holds the bulb forward to the back of the fixture.
