Question Do stock 01'-02' rims weight more than stock 03'-04's??

I'm looking for a set of rims 18" or bigger (due to the lowering spindles) that weight the least to put on a set of drag radials and use at the track/ street.. I currently have stock 01'-02' rims but i've been told that the stock 03'-04' lightning rims weight less.. Is this true??

99-00 wheel is 32lbs, 01-02 wheel is 35lbs, and 03-04 wheel is 32lbs..

F1 and 02 wheel 65lbs
16in American Racing baja and Hoosier slick 43lbs
16in American Racing baja and M&H 275-55-16 drag radial 45lbs
17in American Racing baja and M&H 325-45-17 drag radial 60lbs

extra info for comparison.. I pulled my best 60ft's on the little 275-55-16 drag radials...

Thanks for the help!! Now i have belltech lowering spindles with stock 18", i could put 16in American Racing baja wheels in the back but just to double check, the smallest i could go in the front is 18"? Or is there a way to be able to put smaller rims with the lowering spindles? The reason i'm asking is because the rims i would really like for the track are 15" welds/ or equivalent.. Or is there a way to lower the truck (as low as it goes with the lowering spindles) with out putting the lowering spindles?? Thanks..

15'' wheels won't clear your brake calipers, unless you plan on grinding them down. people debate over its safety, however, it is messy, time consuming, and make sure to wear the proper protective equipment if you choose to do so.

I have been wanting to do baja's 16" for a daily driver for so long its pathetic. There was a recent thread on another site lr that was about this and those trucks looked incredible. I was looking at that drag radial and was wondering how they performed. What 60' did you cut with them?

on the 16" M&H I cut a 1.49 60' with a FTVB as the only mod in a factory transmission in the video in my sig. ,
Lakewood traction bars and factory shocks and springs....
