I have thrown a plug driverside rear HELP!!

I need a place to get this fixed would like to get the whole head re threaded so this dont happen again.
Used to have Sal at PSP do my work but he is not in the NY area anymore.
Is there anyone else in my area (Queens NY) that can do the work on my truck?
And how much does this kind of work run $$.

JDM does it. Have your truck towed there and let them do it. I had mine done over a year ago and knock on wood no problems yet. I forgot what it cost, Contact them and find out
