ok i have a 2001 5.4l 2wd supercrew and wanting to add a s/c or do the lightning swap or possibly go with the troyer setup, after having it completed i am wanting to actually feel the power and be glad i spent the money i did and know that i have power under the hood. i will get w/e i decide to get installed and tuned by a shop that has a good rep.

also would like to feel the power right when i hit the throttle even at normal acc if possibly if not then somewhere around 1800-2krpm i would like it to kick in w/e is the best. also would like to keep decent gas mileage and not get only 10mpg

and as far as tranny what should i do about that will stock handle fine or upgrade and if so what, i currently only have 3.31 gears or 3.55's not sure cant rember, i plan to add 26" rims since its only 2wd so what gears should i go with as well
