Post 6 Hours Of Zaino............

Well I had my first zaino experience and it rocks.

I started at just after 7 am this morning and finished just after 1 pm. A lot of work but well worth it.

I took some pics, but I don't have a digital cam yet so I will have to wait and scan them in.

On the silver it is very hard to see the zaino, and I thought I may not have been using enough. I don't know how much you should use.

You zaino guys out there how much of a bottle of z1 and z2 do you use when you do your truck. I think I used maybe about an ounce and a half of each maybe a little more I am not sure.

It went on easy and came off very easy.

I love this stuff.

I did the whole deal
1. wash and dry
2. clay bar
3. wash and dry
4. Z1
5. Z2
6. Remove with cotton towel
7. Stare with amazement!!!

The silver doesnt show much anyway but I tell you the paint is soooo slipery now it is really cool.

Thanks for the great info on zainos
Paul

Cool

Throw another coat of Z2 on after the next wash. I think I get about 7-8 cars/trucks per bottle, maybe more.

No flames, but I have a $100 coat of clear acrlic applied 2 years ago and it looks every bit as good as Zaino. The kicker is I've never waxed it or washed it by hand since. I just run it through the $10 car wash, go figure?

That's scary! I remember I used to run my '99 L through the carwash and wish I never had. Can you tell the application of the clear coat is on there...meaning any runs or bad areas?

Talking

After I finished my Zaino treatment, I sat there for a good 30 minutes sliding the towel back and forth over the hood and giggling.
