Who was in the 99/00 Black L on I-74 near the Indiana and Ohio border today? Was it anyone on here? I couldn't see the plates to well beacause of a bracket, but it looked like it was an IL plate. If it wasn't anyone on on here, we exchanged waves and followed each other for about 10 miles before we went our seperate ways. So far I've seen 3 L's on the road and 2 of 'em waved (should be mandatory! lol).
