I need a good set of seat covers for my L and have heard people talking about wet<----something can't remember the other word. I seen a pic of them and they look like wet suits or something. I would lke to know where you I can get a set.

are those type of covers hot. They look like they would make your *** sweat here in hot Fl. I would think a nice set of cotton based covers would work better here. any comments from you southern folks who use the wet suit covers??

 

I have a set of wet okoles in my silver '00L and really like them. I can't believe Ford put the POS suede seats in this truck. They are nothing but a glutton to get dirty and stained without any good way to clean them. I don't even plan on taking the wet okoles out until I decide to sell it. Everyone that asks about my truck thinks they are stock and really like the Lightning emblem that is on the seat covers. I highly encourage anyone that has one of these fantastic trucks to order a set ASAP!

 

Did wet okole put those lightning emblems on for you, or did you do that yourself?

Statistics show black is the fastest!!

 

I bought Wet O too. They do not breath and will make you sweat a little. They are the lesser of two evils for me. I work and play hard and cannot risk fudging my suede seats.

Wet Okole put the emblems on the seats. I think it was maybe $20 or $25 more. My seats are black around the edges with charcoal gray in the middle sections. They also came with a black armrest cover. The lightning emblem is the same as the front fender lightning and I had mine done in light gray. I don't have a digital camera or scanner so I can't post pictures for you, but if you use the search feature I'm sure you will find pics of the seat covers on many lightnings.
