When looking at their site when you place an order they have an option for ceramic coating.

Have you guys with their exhaust done this or not and why.

Yes most of us have gotten the coating. It looks better and keeps more heat in the pipe which keeps the underhood temperatures lower.

Also bassani lists that it will fit the 99 and 2000, but does not say anything about the 2001 I am guessing they just did not update their site yet, will it fit the 2001?

1500.00 and ZERO HP increase? Very confusing indeed! I did not realize the economy was thriving so...lol

 

I agree with madmaxsc, no HP what so ever and if you want the sound just buy a cheap old Borla Cat-back, they sound pretty good for the price.

Mine are coated, but they still pit up some. I would hate to see what they look like when not coated.

cheap? summit price for bor-14686(97 f1505.4?) is 539.95! that's almost as much as bassani at about 630(and this includes their x-pipe). i'm not too keen on those "intercooled exhaust tips". not a good adjective in the L universe(j/k).
