Post "L" mods

If you just got a 1999 or 2000 L, what performance parts would you advise to get that aren't too expensive and aren't too difficult to install by yourself? You're help is greatly appreciated.

I will recommend that you search the posts and do some investigation yourself. I myself have on order a psp air filter kit and lower pulley. I think they are great guys and honest to work with.

There are the big 3 lightning tuners which are PSP, Johnny lightning and JDM engineering. They are the best tuners for the L from what I have heard.

Boyesen, I'm using a Swanson Chip and A Airraid system with a 10 inch S&B filer. I am happy with both mods and Danny Swanson has been a great help to me he reprogrammed my chip 3 times and he gives me great service. I know there are a 1/2 dozen of other Chip Companies out there you have to reseach because this topic could start a Chip War!

Thumbs up

Boyesen:

My mods are in my signature and I installed all of them. They are all good mods and like the other guys said as far as who's chip to use, you need to pick which ever one makes you happy. they are all pretty good and I am happy with the choice that I made.
