ZainoBros???
Those of you who have bought their products?? Which products do i really need to get the best shine?? DOnt want to buy the whole set and then just use 3 or 4 of the bottles. THanx.
I would suggest the following:
Z-1 Pre Lock. You use this every 6 months, it bonds to the paint and protects it from the elements.
Z-2 and/or Z-5. This is the wax. Z-2 is the easy to use show polish, Z-5 is the wax with the swirl remover. If you get both, use the Z-5 every 2-3 weeks and use the Z-2 weekly.
If you just want to do a wash and wax, that's all you really need. Well, plus a good car wash.
Other products that I suggest, that won't break you bank:
Z-6 Spray Gloss enhancer. Use this after the Z-2 or Z-5, or use it if the truck is clean, just dusty or pollen covered.
Z-16 Rubber and Tire Gloss. After applied it will be dry to the touch, yet "look" wet. Works great and lasts pretty long.
Also go to the Zaino site, and read all the tips, especially about the towels and applicators. Do what they say and use the stuff as they say, and you will not believe your truck could have ever looked so good

Yea what Sal says. I just finished doin mine, it really looks good. Gonna order some more. The pads that they sell are good. Get some extras, although you can clean and reuse them. The Z 14 is the best glasses cleaner (platic lens) that I have ever used.

This stuff is unbelievable in my opinion... I have a 2001 Black S'Crew. Black shows swirls terribly. I used the Z1 first, then Z5 twice, then finished it off with Z2. I used the Z6 between each coat of Z5 and Z2. I can see NO swirls now. I used the Zaino applicator to put it all on with and flannel baby receiving blankets to take it off. I have been washing it by hand with the Zaino car wash and occasionally going through the brushless carwash at the station. It still beads up beautifully and is the best shine I have ever found. As has already been said, read the tips on the web site and follow the directions exactly. You won't be dissapointed. It takes a while to do so many coats, but it isn't hard and is well worth the effort. Check out the pics at my site below.

You don't know the half of it
. The first 3 years I owned my 95, every Saturday was devoted to the truck getting cleaned. I would first rinse it for 1 hour, wash it, dry it, hand glaze it, and then wax it. After that, clean the engine bay, and then glass and interior. Total process took between 6-8 hours. Now you know why my 95 still looks like new

Wax jobs have become a process. First do the hood and front fenders, next week do the roof and doors, next the sides and back, then the front bumper by itself (takes forever to get all the bug crap off). Hey four weeks for a Zaino wax job, better than never!!!!!

First of all, there is NO WAX in Zaino polish. Secondly, it's the best thing out there. I use Z-1, Z-2, Z-5, Z-6, Z-7, Z-9, Z-10, Z-14, Z-16, Z-18, and applicator pads. I usually apply a fresh coat of Z-2 every month. It's just too easy not to after I've washed the truck and polished with Z-5. I go through Z-6 and Z-7 the quickest because I wash my truck weekly and the feel of the paint after an application of Z-6 is intoxicating. I had been using Armour All wash concentrate previously; but I like the ease of drying (due to the water "sheeting") Z-7 seems to offer. Some people don't like the extreme shine of Z-2; but with my non-metallic red paint, it looks awesome. I clean the leather with Z-9 every two months. I use the Z-10 twice a month or more because it smells so good. On my dash, inside door panels, overhead console, window molding, tires, bed rails, tonneau, tailgate handle, grills, plastic grill below windshield, wiper arms, tires, engine, plastic wheel well inserts, and hitch, I use Z-16. It's not too glossy and really lasts a long time. I do however recommend buffing the treated areas a few hours after initial application. Z-14 is perfect for the all the clear head, tail and fog light lenses as well as the instrument cover and console display. Z-18 is essential in removing rail dust and other paint contaminants before applying the first coat of polish. I plan to spot clay about every six months as I have done with my wife's Rodeo. I can't express how great Sal's stuff really is. I also appreciate the excelent customer service. When I got my truck I wasn't sure what product I should use on my tonneau. I emailed Sal with my question and received a response within a few hours. He's also available at the office in the mornings if you need to call him. That's just too cool.
Zaino is just plain bad a$$ stuff. Watch some light residue on the plastic though. It will come off with creamy peanut butter used as a compound cream. I bought a new L so I had good paint to start with so I Z-1 and Z-2 for polish. Z-16 for inbetween details and the tire gloss is not oily or greasy. I am pleased and so are my friends.
