I'm looking for a used Lightning? I've had an affinity towards them ever since they came out in 1999. It dosen't matter what color. Could give me some advice on how to find one? Thank you for your time.

Around here (New England), I've had the best luck with mags like the Autohunter, WantAd etc; many of which have searchable websites. Also, you might want to check out some of your local SVT dealers, since apparently, many 99 and 00 owners traded "up" (sorry, had to do the quotes) to the 01's...but the real reason I responded to this post was to ask if your username "boyesen" has anything to do with the motocross company boyesen/twin air (i.e. filter, reeds, rad valves). good luck with your search regardless, later...

Yes its does, I have a 1998 Honda CR250, with a boyesen rad valve, boyesen flex-grip, FMF fatty pipe, FMF power core II silencer, Maxxis tires, Renthal grips, Suspension modified by Pro-action (re-valve, stiffer springs), FMF graphics kit, Pro-taper handle bar with Pro-taper top triple clamps, 909 clutch perch and lever, Twin-air filter, Renthal front and rear sprockets with a Renthal chain. What kind of dirtbike do you have, MXRacer?
