Can anyone explain to me what the differences, if any, are between the PSP lower blower pulley and Johnny Lightning's?

Friendly ammendment: What are / will be the differences between the PSP and JDM lower blower pulleys (besides the whole availablility issue). someone said something about a cage? i dunno. thanks for the info, later...
