Also, what did he mean by that quote about one more mile on the truck? He has 12000 miles from what the website states. Is that something to do w/ the warranty?

Yes, the coating does come off over time. It is considered normal. That picture is actually pretty good compared to some I've seen. The only thing that sucks is the pieces that come off, clog up the intercooler fins.

His statement was that he wishes he had more miles on the truck before they replaced the blower. In other words, he would have gotten more use out of the original blower before getting a new one. Or at least that's how I see it
