Post 1-2 inch Lowering

I want to lower my truck an inch in the front and two in the back. What is an inexpensive way to do this?
Parts?
Labor?

Thanks.

At 9000 miles I installed a pair of front lowering springs from Chassis Tech. They are 3" drop for a standard F-150, so on my truck it dropped 1+" is all.

I also installed rear _hangers_ (not shackles) which dropped it 1+" in the back. The truck keeps the same factory rake, but it is a noticeable drop...even if just over an inch all the way around.

I can't remember exactly what it all cost, but it was cheap in comparison to a lot of these more high-$$ setups (which are outstanding, I'm sure). I want to say it was ~$350 total. I did the labor myself, so that saved me some cash.

The truck looks and handles very well. Friends with stock height L's can just barely tell a difference in ride quality... that its just a bit firmer.

I'm at 17k miles (almost a year later) and I'm very happy with the results.

So, basically it's going to be around $500. I thought there was a cheaper way...
