What is a 2000 L running stock??
Ditto what Silver-Y2k said. Mine ran 13.9 in what I would consider "bad air". Florida heat and humidity. I expect it might run a 13.6 or 13.7 in "good air", but it's not stock anymore so there's no way to tell.

If I remember correctly, Truck Trend magazine tested a 2000 and got a 13.6x at about 101 MPH. Popular Mechancics magazine got about the same for a '99. Some other publication, whose name escapes me, got a '99 to do a 13.37. All tests where supposedly with stock trucks. The 13.37 was on a well prep'd track with an expert driver. One has to assume that weather conditions where close to ideal.
Tony:
It of course depends a lot on the weather, driver skill, state of tune, mileage, etc...
Let's assume a bone-stock 2000 model, fully broken in (over 5000 miles), skilled driver, good track prep, good state of tune (no fried coil packs)...
In bad air (90+ degrees, high humidity, modest altitude), a typical time would be around 13.9-14.5, 93-97 MPH.
In good air (55 degrees, low humidity, modest altitude), a typical time would be around 13.5-13.9, 98-102 MPH.
The time reported in my signature was run in November 2000. I had only 2000 miles on the clock, good state of tune, 1200 feet altitude, 58 degrees, low humidity.
