4.11 ring and pinion Q
got them on my truck...he's right. no traction man. you're going to EAT through tires. depends on where you live for gas mileage though. i live in the city and drive in the city. it HELPED my fuel mileage. i hardly ever gas it..
if you don't have traction bars, get them. HOWEVER, it is nice with all the low end torque from redlight to redlight, but anything more than that i think they are going to be too much

Traction bars are just a name.
They should really be called "anti-wheelhop" bars. With the instant torque of the blower and the "steeper" gears, the pinion will be trying to climb the ring gear alot faster.... rotating your axle faster than your leaf springs/shocks can absorb the energies.
This can cause some serious problems. Ask me how I know.
I've got a boosted 3V 5.4.. eaton blower, 4.10 gears and 295/45/18 tires in the back.
I snapped the leaf spring perches right off the axle housing one night from wheel hop.... and acting dumb.
But I wouldn't want it any other way. I like having 4.10 gears in the back.

It looks like anti-wheelhop bars is an additional must have for this mod. Any recommendations?

I made my own... but one broke.
The fully boxed frame on the 04+ models prevented me from spray painting the inside of the frame where I welded on the bracket.
Driving everyday in rain and snow and 1 salty winter and one broke off a few weeks ago while going down the road.
The "chunk" of frame is still welded onto the bracket, but these "indestructable" 04+ frames failed on me.

While I was looking for some bars, I came across one that said it converts the suspension to a 4-link. Is that better? I, honestly, don't know what 4-link does. I seen JLP had a traction bar for sale, and rpmoutlet has 2 for sale.
