I cant believe it........i wish it didnt start but i believe its going....man...now comes the fun part of installing all my factory parts , removing the chip, and praying the Ford dealer isnt a ***** and checks the PCM connection.....Has anyone had their PCM connection checked while in for an intercooler??? Input would be great!!!

Odds are, they WON'T give you a problem, as 80% of the trucks out there are chipped, at least, and secondly, even so a CHIP didn't cause your Intercooler Leak!! Best Advise, Just leave it in there!!

 

Don't worry about it 'til you're sure it's leaking. Mine dropped an inch once last summer, refilled and it stayed there until spring when it dropped about an inch again. Refilled it and it hasn't dropped since. I noticed they have a 10 or 15 pound cap on the resevoir. Maybe they puke every now and then if it gets hot enough. I know mine isn't repairing itself so there has to be a way for the sudden drops.

My 99 leaked down about 1/2" at 13000 mi. I took it in they replaced it and the leak was very visiable. I never added a drop. hope the 00 drops in the next month. check the super charger when it off mine had some gaulding on the front housing.
