I live in wyoming and just bought my L this past saturday.
Sorry, the only drag strip I know of is in Douglas and I have never been so I dont know if it is decent or not.
I live over in Rock Springs it is right on I80 and not much to do or see here. If you are over in cheyenne or laramie there may be more and casper is a larger city and may offer more cruise spots and such. Around here I cruise once in while and not much to see. Some nice harleys and mostly kids with peices of junk that want to race. I went out last weekend and teased some of them.
Hope you have a great trip. Wyoming has some really scenic spots and is mostly rural and not very populated. It is kind of nice and I am getting used to not many people. I used to live in pheonix and dallas and back in maryland in my earlier years and I miss it sometimes, but I do not miss the crowds.
When are you coming this way and where will you be?

I went to school in Laramie, and did a little traveling while I was there. I have been wanting to go back since, but just haven't had the time (or the money.)I'll probably be driving through Douglas. What days do they race?
They race most every Sunday, and sometimes they have two day events (Saturday,Sunday). Sorry I don't have a schedule in front of me. Ever since I sold my Ranger I only go to Bandimere for Test and Tune. It's very easy to find too. Just get off on the first Douglas exit and go about 3 miles. It'll be on the left side of the road. Long live the Jackalope

I live in Ft. Collins but consider Douglas my home track. Converted airport, but very nice and awesome friendly people. BTW,Douglas is about 50 miles south of Casper on I-25. Try to stop by there, you won't regret it
It's also home to the worlds biggest Jackalope!! A true must see to anyone traveling within 4 states of Wyoming. Forget Yellowstone, go see the Jackalope
