btolenti - you're really mature. Let me guess, you're 16? Probably drive an old beaten up ford tarus that you put 18 inch gold rims on and you think you're "MTX" is just "poundin fools!" You talk and act like an idiot. JL is for for people with a knowledge of car audio, not trailor park trash like you.

Ever wonder why you see so many white trash kids playing MTX components and they are sold in places like walmart/Kmart? Ever wonder why JL is thought of so highly and they made their name with Subwoofers? You seem to be the only one here that likes MTX. Everyone else says JL. Why is that? NONE of the audio shops around here sell MTX, you can only get them in cheap stores. But maybe they're stupid too, they don't realize that MTX be "Slammin!" ha

btolenti. You're an retard...live with it buddy. And as stated before...keep listening to your MTX...lol.

Personally I would take Cerwin Vega Strokers or Orion HCCA Competition Subs

Umm, JL isn't the best out there. W6's are good. Strokers own them in SPL and so
do HCCA Orions with a 3inch linear excursion. Kicker Solobarics have a nice sound too. I do agree MTX's aren't the best but they don't sell the Blue Thunder 8000's at Kmart either. They sell offbrand MTX's just like they do Kicker etc at Best Buy.

EDWARD! You a$$! Why did you have to bring up this crap? I'm in a summer Industrial Electricity course now and we just finished talking about KCLs and KVLs. I'm trying to get this out of my head so I can make room for "new" stuff! LOL!

My stereo is in my signature, it sounds pretty good, and I like the JL's just fine.
