Cool

Thanks guys!!

Well, it's just the deck lid emblem from a 1998 Cobra, that I roughed up with some steel wool, and then hit with a little interior dye that matched the darker grey of the dash.

the emblem was like $9.00

Question

Not to rain on the parade, but what would happen in the event of an airbag deploy? I realy don't know what happens to the cover. Does it tear or blow off and back? Anyone know about the cover?

I figured this would come up, but not to worry as it goes up and the airbag comes out.

The cover is designed to split down the center, side to side. I don't really see and harm in the emblem being there in case of air bag deployment, but you never know .
