Does Brake Rotor Already Have Bearing Installed
Does aftermarket brake rotor already have bearings installed for our lightnings is our rotors called a slip on rotor. i am thinking about ordering a set of drilled and slotted rotors for my 2003 lightning thanks
Again ditto w/ Tim,
When I bought my rotorpros, they came w/ the races installed and I just used new ford bearings for the install.I dealt with a low speed cycling howl until I bought new bearings for both rotors but this time I replaced the races w/ the ones that came matched from ford. All is quiet now.

Thanks tim you are right again, i plan on complete new set of timken bearings and seals although my 2003 lightnings has only 11000 total miles on it. I to don't want to mix match race or bearings.
I found out the hard way when I changed all 4 rotors on the 02 that the bearing didnt come with it #^)#%^)#*%^)#*%^)#%*
In my case I removed the originals and re-installed them and all went well,
but got dam was that a real PITA. Why they dont suggest and or offer you the new bearings when you buy new rotors is just beyond me ???
I always wondered why I couldnt stop that dam 02 until I changed the rotors and pads and saw how UNFRIGGINGBELIEVABLY Fk Up they were...
