Exclamation About the closed Factory Tech thread

Guys, let me just make a few comments about the closed FT thread. Since I am involved with Factory Tech and his valve bodies, I know this subject is going to invlove me (it already has) and I do not want to have a thousand anti-webmaster/moderator threads started that are only going to indirectly make me look bad to them.

In the past, Factory Tech was selling his valve bodies here on F-150. Since he is not a supporting vender, he was told to stop doing that as a violation of the vendor rules.

The post he made was taken by Doug and Steve as a vendor related post, and one that had previously been dealt with, so of course action was taken. Doug and Steve did not know that PSP now sells FTs valve bodies and that FT was not trying to sell anything, just looking for tech help. Some of you knew this so the thread being closed seemed like a "wrong" thing to do.

Doug and Steve are just doing thier job. It was an simple misunderstanding of the post, nothing more. Please, no more posts about the thread being closed. Thanks!!

Thumbs up

Hey,

I think everyone is doing a great job and I have a great respect for the work Steve and Doug have to do. I've run quite a few active systems in my time, and I know it definately is not easy.

Keep this place as cool as it is guys...no matter what anyone else says, there is no other board as active as this on one these topics.

Daniel
