Post PSP or Pro M ??

On my 01 Lightning, I'm looking for a good intake system. Sal's "filter kit" attaches after the MAF, and the Pro M comes with the filter itself and its own MAF. Using stock MAF with Sal's (PSP) kit, would it "read" more air and function properly? or is the ProM with its own better? I like Sal's "Power Stack" filter because its open on the end (more air flow). Houston Performance sells the ProM for $299. Is that a fair price? Thanks for any info

You've already got a good 90mm mass air (stock), why would you wanna buy a Pro-M? Get the filter kit, you'll notice a difference.

The Pro-M is going to lean your motor out to gain more power. Nothing a chip will not do. You have a 90mm MAF on your L anyways. Go w/ Sal's kit instead.

chit I bought the 2001 mass air for my 99. keep that and get the chip and filter from sal. unless you don't want the 50hp from a filter and chip.
