Man, I thought it was bad when Ford just took the 99 Lightning brochure and airbrushed new taillights and painted mirrors on all the pictures to make the 2000 brochure. Now I'm looking at the stuff I got with my new 01, and noticed that the SVT suppliment that came with the owners guide is the same exact one as the 99-00s. Nice to know I have an 80mm MAF on my truck. You'd think Ford could spend a few dollars to at least give us the right info with our trucks, if they are saving tons of money by not fixing all the problems.

SAl this has been said a thousand times before but if you have time to makes posts like this then you SHOULD have time to reply to customers on YOUR OWN board. Your products are kicka$$ but customer support in a timely manner are non-existent.. This is just my .02 with almost 2 years obeservation..

Hmmm, I have been replying to posts on my UBB. I just noticed that none of them over the past few days have gone through. And I just tried to make another reply post, and on the bottom of the screen it says "software error" and has a bunch of code. Let me get a hold of my web guy and see what's up. Thanks for the tip.

The reason that Ford is using the old SVT brochure is that with the extra money they are doing top secret research on an intercooler that won't fail. Or maybe it's going for pay increases for the top notch SVT dealers.

Hey Sal I have been calling 10 times a day all week for a chip and pulley. It is wearing me out... Hopefully to day will be the day someone answers. I worry about customer service at this point.

I noticed the same thing when I got my 01. Really funny after you read all the stuff about being an SVT owner and how exclusive your membership is...blah blah blah.

Your 01 also has 360 hp according to the book.
