I met up with a 2 Ls and another C5('01) and had a blast at the Mustang show in Franklin, TN. Hopefully there will be pics posted later. Although we didn't really "race", I did witness the power of the "Chip 'N Filter" set-up. DAMN!! Keith was hauling A$$! I do know this, when he gets his "package" put on, LOOK OUT!!

Hey Keith. Just wanted to tell you that you are one crazy SOB!! I didn't think you were gonna take that curve at 90. I looked in my rear-view and said, "Where the hell did Keith go?" Next thing I see you flying up beside me. Man, this night was FUN!! Did you ever catch that 'Stang that was in front of you when I exited? I didn't know if you saw it or not. Oh well. Hopefully next week we can all meet up on the Trace and get some more Pics. LATER!!!!

Hey Keith, I'm about to hit the sack. Man, your ***** must be bigger than bowling *****. I called Chris afterwards and told him how crazy you were. I guess that would make me crazy also. I actually was getting a little worried that you were gonna try to pass me in the corner. There were a few cars in the other 2 lanes and a wipeout would've resulted in, well, you know. Chris also thought I was getting on it as we were getting on the interstate on the long curving on-ramp. He said, "Damn, Keith was on your ***!" I got on it right after we hit the straightaway for a few. After that first run, I was trying to get your attention when I was beside you to see what would happen if we ran side by side. It took me 2 gears to get you the first time. But man, what fun we had!

Paul.....we did have a blast...sorry about missing you and your wife.....Ted and I heated I65 up alittle.....speeds nearing 130 or so......we went to Natchez Trace today for alittle road racing...met up with you friend Mike......he has a 99 conv similar to the boxter......wow man he really knows the Trace.......it was fun......he lead and then it was an MR2, Teds Vette , Kenns L,and of course me.....in the back.....comming back it was different....Ted lead the pack then it was Kenn and the MR2....then me....Mike brought up the rear.....speeds in excess of 80mph.....wow man this truck really corners.......oh well thats my adrenaline rush for the month........see ya........Peace Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Keith

Hey Paul. Yeah, sorry we missed you the other night. Hopefully you can join us for the next round. It was funny running into Mike after just missing him the other night. I have much respect for him because he DRIVES his cars. You know there are many other people that have the cars he has owned that will take them out once in a blue moon and NEVER come close to seeing their potential. To each their own, though. I don't know when my time is gonna be up, so I'm gonna enjoy the rides while I'm still breathing......

Keith: I bet this thread would've gotten LOTS of attention had I titled it: "C5 smokes L" or "L crushes C5." Or how about this title: "My JL chip is way better than the JDM chip which is even better than the PSP chip which blows away the JL chip." So who's better? *LMAO* .....

I need to see if any local body shops can match the "Photo Shop" paint job. I was just trying to lighten hte pic up a little and WHAM! The colors started to get squirelly...... *L*
