I won 2nd place in the Street Prepared-Novice class today at the WSCC (www.wscc.org) Solo2 AutoCross.

I had no idea I did that well overall, so it was quite a surprise! Everyone that I talked to said they loved watching my truck run and that it was one of the best crowed pleaser runs.

My 3rd run out (had 6) I pulled a 360 and blew the laptime when I hit a curve too hard, but everyone else seemed to love it.

My best time raw was 41.795, worst was 50.2xx (the spinout). Not sure what my PAX was, nor how many overall where in my class, I'll find that out in the next few days.

It was a blast...even though *cough cough* some other NJ Bolts who said they would come didn't. *cough*

I ran almost solid stock (the ProM is off the truck to prep it for some warranty work). I have a PSP filter on it, thats it.

 

Oh, one of the guys from the Subaru club said he has a vid of my spinout, soon as I hear about it, I'll post up the link for it.

I made 6 laps, but this guy only happened to have two on tape... too bad he missed my spinout. He thought he had it.
