Question Helper springs

All,

First off, let me introduce myself. I've been lurcking for a while, but I just bought my '01 L in early May. Its black, and has no mods other than a bed liner, and a toneau on order.

Down to business...
I checked the archives on this, but I didn't find much.

I know that some of you are towing with your L's, is anybody using helper springs? What is your tongue weight? I saw alphadoggy has a big boat on the back of his L, and the rear isn't squatting much.

sportmaster tonneau cover
premier 720 HU

to get list:
cervini ram air hood, some form of ram air, lower blower pully, the rest of the stereo, some sort of shift kit, maybe a chip

I believe Alpha's using the "Active suspension" springs. I don't know what else, put out a thread or e mail him.
