Question Vac at idle?

My boost is reading vac at idle. Is this right? I thought it used to be at 0 at idle. Maybe not. I have no loss in power at all. Any thoughts?

Also who is useing JL's chip and what are your thoughts on it? Does it shift to hard when just driving normal? I am thinking about getting his chip, but just useing a drop in K&N filter, because it is very hot in Texas and I dont want to take in even more hot air from the engine bay. Why has no one made a filter box that uses a cone filter but takes air from the side? I might just make my own. I live where there is alot of dirt on the road so ram air is not for me.

Air Raid has one like that, and so does PSP.
