I just wnated to apologize about that post the other night. I figure that it would be more professional to post this here for the world to see since the world already saw the first post. I think of JDM as more of a friend then a marketplace to buy go fast goodies. JDM has endured my countless phone calls without ever sounding like " Cripes, it's that twit from Michigan again, whats he want?" and I appreciate that. The last thing I ever wanted to do was to get you upset and I am sorry for doing so. Like you said, we gotta keep this on a professional level and I didn't hold up my end of the bargin. You do GREAT work with these behemoths and I will always be a customer of yours no matter how many times it takes to get my "sensitive?!" truck running the way we both think it should. If it is at all possible sometime during the first 3 weeks of July, I would like to come out to the shop and see if there is a way to hook the truck up and see EXACTLY what we're up against as far as future mods are concerned. I figure that way it will save us both a LOT of time, I can put a face to the guy I am talking to on the phone and on this board and also give you a chance to kick my a$$ for that post since you can't FedEx a can of whup a$$ overnight. Let me know if there is any openings during that 3 weeks for me to come out there, provided that I am financially secure enough to make the trip out. Again JDM, I apologize for that post and keep up the great work.

I talked to JDM today and we are getting thing rolling. I got a new chip today and it seems really good. We both thought it would be a good idea for me to go out to NJ in July and get a custom tune on it. My truck seems to have a really sensitive computer in that it will ping with chip settings that most other trucks won't. JDM also pointed out that the gas that we have in Michigan is really a crappy blend cause of the emission laws we have, the fuel is oxyginated which would throw off the air/fuel curve (at least thats what is going thru my head, I don't know $#!t). Also, with me going out there, they will be able to map out my truck and know what changes to make to the chip when I add new parts in the future. I think this will be the best thing I can do for my truck. And as you said. good things come to those who wait.... I can't wait until July to get this thing hooked up. Thanks JDM.

How will JDM be able to tune your vehicle on the dyno for best results if you're going to be in New Jersey with their grade of gasoline? It seems to me that you will have to bring some extra gas from Michigan so JDM can address the poor Michigan gas problem. Otherwise I don't see how that would benefit you much more.

LOL... thats a good question!! When it gets closer to going I'll call them and see what kind of difference it will make. Otherwise I might have to go out and get some gas cans and turn the lightning into a rolling fire bomb!! Hopes it stays cool during the trip.
