Who is running both upper and lower pullys??

Post Who is running both upper and lower pullys??

I would like to know who is running both pullys and if there is any ill efects?? I allready have the lower pully and whant to know if putting the upper would hurt or help. Any one have any ##??

I've heard it slows you down because it's hard to get enough fuel. I wouldn't do it, one or the other is enough.

Not too sure about a fuel problem with both upper and lower pullies, never heard of that one yet .....but I do know we are blessed with 2 genourous fuel pumps from the factory that should be able to supply all the fuel you need. That is unless your running nitrous (anything over a 100 shot) then a pump upgrade would be a wise move. Luckily we use the same pumps that you find in 87-93 Stangs, so a quick upgrade to twin 190 lph(or larger) will solve ANY problem.

As for both pullies...I have ALWAYS been one one to preach that One pulley is fine, but 2 would not bring any improvement...just more heat. I dont have any numbers to back this up, but I also have NOT seens any improvement in ET's fromt the guys that have added both. So I figure..why add the extra stress for no improvement. IMO of course Hopefully the few that have done will give a reply to this. Hope this helps

i really dont understand what you mean, when you are talking about lower pulleys. what do they do and what do they look like?
