Upper Pulley Question
Hey All,
Has anyone tried the pulley made by Metco Inc. I saw it at wfc and you could change it from stock to 1 or2lb(can't remeber) in five minutes. It has 3 bolts holding it on. It looks pretty cool. I asked the guy what kind of hp improvements and he didn't know...The reason why i ask is if you spin the supercharger faster it is going to put out more heat, the cooler the air the more hp. so would it void out the improvement in hp by the heat?
Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance!!!

The only question you really need to ask is "where do i get a lower pully?"And the answer is SAL at www.powersurgeperformance.net
Just found this pulley

They say a 2 1/2 to 3# more. I think that the lower would still be better.

I had a ASP upper pulley on my 99 and i picked up no E.T or boost with this pulley, but i installed a PSP lower pulley on my new 01 and picked up alot more boost and 3 tenths at the track!

went with the Sean Highland upper pulley,it requires some milling of the blower snout, but blows the boost needle off the guage.I'm sure it voids the warranty, but I guess so do the other mods I've done.Ford was telling me Mobil 1 oil isn't good for the engine as well, and that reasoning being Ford didn't have a synthetic to compete, seems like they just won't , or don't wanna do alot of warranty work for us lightning guys.I guess they think I bought my truck to haul gravel!!!!!
Good luck,
Good luck,
