Question NOS system and setup ????

Im interested in putting a NOS setup on my Lightning? First it will be just for show and to scare a couple of my F-body friends. But sooner or later i will want to use it. But I have some questions? I know i will have to get my superchip reburned but my ? is if i get the race version side programmed for NOS and when i decide not to use the NOS when i race will the program still work good without it? What setups are you quys using, I want to use a actual NOS kit not the other brands i want the blue bottle. Where are you guys running the NOS into the airflow. In front of the mass air, at the trottle body etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated and threads would be awesome on the subject and pictures of other setups under the hood would cool too. If i ever use it, it will only be a 75 shot, is it safe if done properly. Thanks

The NOS program will only funtion properly using NOS. Check with Sal & Spiro at PSP. They have done some pretty amazing magic with these setups. They have developed some L specific goodies just for this type of application. Contact them next week when they get back from WFC. Spiro has run in the 11's with his setup.

I would HIGHLY recommend a "wet" system. It will be easier for you to maintain the proper A/F ratio. Dont let the sound of adding fuel scare you away....it's much safer. I have done my homework...and consider myself a expert on it now. Hell...I ran 11.40's this past weekend on it

11.40 @ 113 with 150 shot(on the brakes)
